SISEP Micro-Credentialing Program

The SISEP Micro-Credentialing Program is designed for implementation support practitioners seeking to enhance their skills and competencies in the field. This innovative program allows participants to engage in asynchronous learning activities while participating in a supportive Community of Practice.

Target Audience

  • staff from OSEP-funded TA Centers
  • participants from our K-12 education partners at the state, regional, district, and school levels
  • faculty from OSEP-funded doctoral programs, IHEs, and participating scholars
  • participants of OSEP-funded state leadership programs

Learning Activities

Each level has asynchronous and synchronous components. The amount of time dedicated to each component varies; on average, participants work through a Level in 3-4 months.

Learning Activities include:

  • reading, watching, and listening activities
  • reflection and application tasks
  • completion of activity guides
  • Community of Practice (CoP) meetings (attendance at two required per Level)
