Drivers Education: Part Two
Implementation Drivers are the components of infrastructure needed to develop, improve and sustain teachers’ and staff ability to implement an intervention as intended as well as create an enabling context for the new ways of work. Action planning around the Implementation Drivers is a vital and ongoing responsibility of Implementation Teams. Here are the two newest resources designed to help your teams in that planning process.
The Implementation Drivers: Team Review and Planning tool provides the opportunity for Implementation Teams to have in-depth discussions about each Driver in preparation for action planning. The tool identifies a few best practices for each Driver to guide those discussions.
The Implementation Drivers Action Plan is designed to be used on your computer. We encourage your team to use this fill-in tool with a large-screen monitor or projector to support participation of the full Implementation Team in the action planning process.
