Implementation and Scaling-up:
New “Independent Learning Plan” Available

State Education Agencies (SEAs) are being asked to increase their support of local school districts in the selection and sustained implementation of evidence-based programs. The question from many States is, “how can we expand support of school districts and educators with limited staff and resources?” SEAs want to engage educators and create active learning that leads to successful implementation and improved outcomes for students. But how? Enter SISEP’s Active Implementation Hub.

Blended Learning extends the reach and efficacy of traditional staff training and coaching.  For example, self-paced online learning blended with face time promotes more active learning during important face time. The SISEP Center’s Active Implementation Hub web site is designed to facilitate blended learning on effectively implementing and scaling-up programs or practices.  The AI Hub includes modules, lessons, activities, tools and resources specifically designed for you and your team.

The AI Hub’s new Independent Learning Plan provides a recommended progression to using the modules, and identifies specific activities, tools, lessons and resources to guide State and district teams in the application and installation of the Active Implementation Frameworks and the development of an implementation plan for your organization.
